To track your order, enter your tracking number in the box above and click the "Track" button . You can find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation, which we send immediately after the products have been shipped. It may take some time for the system to actually process the tracking number. Please allow 48 to 72 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation to track your shipment.

Do not worry! Even if the tracking number does not work immediately, once you receive your shipping confirmation email, the order is already 100% shipped. If you get a "Tracking does not exist" page, don't worry. Just send us a message or email and we'll take a look!

Our normal delivery time is 10-15 business days. However, it may take up to 24 business days due to COVID-19, high volume of orders, weather conditions, customs - depending on the season.
