Lifetime Warranty Policy


The Nooro Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”) is non-transferable and applies to Nooro products sold directly by Nooro on this Website. This Warranty is effective for the lifetime of the company, and shall automatically expire as a result of, but not limited to, Nooro’s dissolution, cessation of operations, bankruptcy, or acquisition by a third party.  Nooro warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used as intended and outlined in Nooro’s published guidelines.  

What do we cover?

The Warranty, if purchased, covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the lifetime of the company. If there is a warranty claim, we will repair or replace, at no additional cost, products or parts of a product that are defective because of improper material or workmanship.  All components of our products are equally covered under the Warranty.  This Warranty is nontransferable and applies only to the original purchaser.  The maximum liability of Nooro under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price.  

How will we fix or replace your product?

Upon receiving the product, we will inspect and assess the claimed issue.  If your warranty claim is valid and your purchase is covered, we will either repair the product at no charge, using new or repurposed replacement parts, or replace the product with a new one if it is beyond repair.  We require customers to cover the cost of shipping for any warranty claims.  Nooro will repair or replace covered products within 90 business days from receipt and cover the return shipping costs to you.  

How long does the Warranty last?

The Warranty covers Nooro products for the lifetime of the company.  This Warranty does not apply to products repaired or replaced pursuant to a warranty claim.  This means once we repair or replace your product, you may not purchase Warranty coverage for it.  

What isn’t covered under the Warranty?

This Warranty only covers issues caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary use for newly purchased products.  The Warranty does not cover issues caused by any other reason, including, but not limited to: (i) normal wear and tear or any cosmetic damage, including but not limited to any scratches, dents, chips.; (ii) damage caused by your misuse or abuse, neglect, accident, drops, liquids, including but not limited to, fire, liquid contact, improper storage, handling, transportation, or other external forces; (iii) the alteration of the product; (iv) use that is inconsistent, in any manner, with the intended purpose or design of the product as described in its owner’s manual; (v) unauthorized repairs or modifications; (vi) loss of use during the period the product is at Nooro’s repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Nooro.  Repaired products or replacement products are not covered under this Warranty.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Please contact our Customer Service team at support@nooro-us.com to file your claim and get an RMA number or call us at 212-444-3144.  Package the device securely, including your RMA number, and ship it to us at the address provided by Customer Support.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  You must also include a copy of the original purchase receipt or other proof of purchase, and proof of your purchase of this Warranty.

Modifications to Warranty

Nooro reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or amend this Warranty at any time, and any modifications or amendments will be effective immediately.  By purchasing Nooro’s products, you accept and acknowledge the terms and conditions of this Warranty.
